The new partnership allows property managers to set and monitor insurance requirements for specific properties inside the Rentec Direct platform, while also giving tenants easy access to the Sure portal to shop for insurance policies.

The new integration allows tenants to purchase insurance online or upload existing policies in the system to share with their landlord. Built-in notifications will alert both property managers and the tenants when insurance is due or when an existing policy will expire soon to allow plenty of lead time to renew.
